1. Overview

At MyLashKit, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health protection, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Lash kits (opened or used)
  • Individual lashes or lash extensions
  • Adhesives, sealants, or liquids
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with

If a product is returned and found opened or used, it will not qualify for a refund, and we may dispose of it for safety reasons.

3. Returnable Items (If Applicable)

You may request a return only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your order was missing products

In these cases, we will replace the item or offer a refund after reviewing the evidence.

4. Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Full name & email
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

5. Refund Eligibility

You may receive a refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • Your parcel is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Customer mistakes (wrong address, wrong order)
  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Opened, used, or tampered products

6. Order Cancellations

If you made a mistake, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. After shipping, cancellations are not possible.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for different styles or preferences are not accepted.

9. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

MyLashKit is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered.” In such cases, you may need to file a claim with the courier.
